The table provides a guideline for what type of products might contain phenylalanine. Typically, you would find phe in medications that are orally disintegrating, fast melting, or sugar free.
A non-prescription medication, sold in the United States, will list the phe content on the package labeling.
A prescription medicine will list the Phe content in the package insert. Your pharmacist will have that information readily available.
